There are four more months for the academic year to wrap up. For many, that means feet are dragging and levels of enthusiasm are waning. But, not at U&I.
To keep our students and volunteers motivated for the last leg of the academic year, we are intentional about running refresher training programs.
Each city will run a volunteer training day called Recharge which is meant to do exactly that - recharge the volunteers so they give their best for the last few months. We believe that students, in turn, will respond by giving their best! Recharge programs will kick off in most of the18 cities across India where U&I is located from the 26th of January onward.
U&I has collated feedback from each center and will run the specific Recharge training programs to address those needs that have been communicated. Additionally, we will also be introducing the Child Protection Policy with our volunteers so each class is conducted with exemplary standards,
We are poised to give each student the motivation to keep working hard and to finish the year well. U&I is poised to give 1675 children a deep love for learning and a commitment to education.
