Let's give girls training for a vibrant future

As we end the year, another sixteen young women will be educated and ready to leave the Sandra Jones Centre and either find employment or start up their own business.  What a way to start 2022!

Each one of these lovely ladies has experienced poverty and/or abuse and has welcomed the opportunity to rise above their circumstances and create a new life for themselves.  This has been made possible by the generous donations from your donations.  In the past five years, the Sandra Jones Centre has been given six greenhouses.  The beauty of this donation is that not only are girls receiving training in greenhouse farming but the centre also benefits from the finances generated from the sale of the vegetables grown in the greenhouses.  This helps us feed the 70+ children in our care. 

At this present time we have a fabulous crop of regular tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and corn and our cucumbers will ready in time for the new year.  And if you were to take a walk through our greenhouses you would be greeted with the joyful and melodious singing of our girls as they happily go about their work.
