Dear Friends,
Thank you so much for your contribution towards Food for Life Vrindavan's New Year Gift Festival. The gifts were distributed amongst the poorest of the poor kids of Vrindavan. One might think that why are these gifts so special? They are special because most of the parents of these kids earn less than $1.00 per day in which it becomes very difficult for them to run the very basic family expenses. The gifts that we give contain chocolates, toffees, toothpaste, toothbrush, toys, peanuts etc which might not sound very exciting to me and you but for these kids they are a precious present that their parents cannot afford. The million dollar smile on their faces is what Food for Life Vrindavan(FFLV) and its donors cherish...
Food for Life Vrindavan continues this kind of distribution through out the year. The distribution includes books, bags, t-shirts, school shirts, uniforms, slippers, mosquito nets, shoes, socks, belts and any other necessary thing that is required for the student to be at the school. The current student strength of FFLV is touching 1500. For such massive distribution we are always looking forward to donation. You can be a great help to these poor kids by sharing this with your friends.
Thanking you
Rupa and the Sandipani Muni School team
