Alakh Nayan Mandir Eye Institute has been providing free services for the economically under privileged eye patients of regions in Southern Rajasthan, India. Cataract camps and services are being offered on a regular basis. These sight restoring surgeries are done for patients being brought to the base hospital after an initial screening at the camp site in villages.
Through an ongoing effort of reducing blindness in this part of Rajasthan, Alakh Nayan Mandir has been able to reach out to 4342 patients in the months of February, March & April 2018. Various eye screening camps were organized to extend our services to the most under served population of this region. 589 patients were operated upon absolutely free of cost for various eye ailments.
All this has been possible through the generous support of all our donors.
Alakh Nayan Mandir wishes to expand itself to reach out to more and more such vulnerable population, in order to give them a "Gift of Sight". It is you, our donors, who can help us acheive this.
