Creating Water Harvesting Structures
Dear Patrons,
We thank you for your generous support for supporting our campaign “Gift Life to 1000 water starved families in India”.
Our people-led planning process has identified following villages: Siletpada, Terchapala , Batikupa, Agadhuur, Sisakhal and Karnikhunit in Karlamunda block of Kalahandi district of Odisha, India for coming up with Water Harvesting Structures. The local community members participated in on ground planning process to identify areas and type of structures to be built. This will ensure sustainability and ownership of the structures. The community members are keenly looking to participate in the constructions phase and reap benefits sustained water availability for their families. The entire initiative has brought a sense of great hope and a belief of a better future for them and their children.
Your continued support can help us to reach out to more villages and communities in Kalahandi district.
