It’s been a busy few months. We are coming off some successful missions in: Peru, Indonesia, Afghanistan and, of course, Haiti. With the recent 2-year anniversary, The Gamechanger Bucket continues its mission. To bring clean water to those in need – while also bringing the magic of sport.
With your help, this bucket system has put a smile on many faces. The elders know the value of the life saving water filter but they also appreciate their kids kicking around the soccer ball and having fun. We know you all share in that joy.
Let’s talk 2-year anniversary of the quake. There is still much work ahead of us. We are, on one hand, pleased with the results and the progress we are making, but on the other hand, we know there is still much work to do. We’ll get there – it just takes time and investment. That stated, there have been some recent reports, with the anniversary, that money and supplies aren’t getting to the right people. While that’s true for some, that’s not how we roll. Our network grows. Why, because we go where others don’t. Why, because we directly see the smiles after delivering the bucket systems your contributions help make possible. And in the end, it’s local community leaders like Fritz and his Magepa team, with a passion to help their own people. They continue to amaze us with each distribution.
Together, we continue to move forward. We all press on. With your unwavering support, we’ll continue to deliver the tools to help those in need. Water is life. Sport is freedom. Thank you for your partnership in the ongoing mission.
Attached are a few photos of the bucket in action. Great people, great stories from your great support. Keep it coming. More updates to come.
Cheers,
W4W
