As Fresh Start Worx moves into the heart of graduation season, we are thrilled to share the continued progress and momentum of the Richard P. Garmany Fresh Start program this summer. This time of year always reminds us that achievement is not defined by a single moment, but by the courage, consistency, and growth that lead up to it. At Fresh Start Worx, we are witnessing that journey unfold every day as our participants take meaningful steps toward stability, employment, and renewed purpose.

This season has been particularly special as we celebrated a powerful milestone—the completion of our very first Historical Restoration Course. This new training, made possible through the generous support of our donors, reflects our commitment to evolving programming that meets both workforce needs and personal transformation. Watching participants stand proudly at graduation, not just with new technical skills but with a renewed sense of confidence, reaffirmed for us that growth is both learned and deeply personal.
