Hello Donors,

Thank you for your continued support to this project. During this quarter your donations allowed us to meet expenses towards medicines for our patients for the quarter. Last quarter we looked after 500 patients ( December - 169 patients /January – 175 patients /February – 156 patients)

Karunashraya is proud to announce that our beloved chairman, Mr.Kishore Rao has won the 'Namma Bengaluru Award 2015' (in the Citizen of the Year category) for his outstanding dedication & continued service in improving the quality of lives of the advanced stage cancer patients through palliative care. .

This quarter we are also gearing up for the upcoming for our annual fundraising event called Rang barse (Holi celebration) and TCS World 10K Bangalore 2016. Last year the Holi event (Colourthon ) was enjoyed to the hit by everyone who joined in as they splashed and sprayed colour danced away like there was no tomorrow. The highlight of the event although was adding colour to the lives of those who needed it the most, through the ticket sales proceeds from the event. This year we are looking for more people to participate this charity event, which help us to raise funds and also help us to increase awarness about palliative care & karunashraya.TCS world 10K marathon  is a prestigious marathon which brings together people who enjoy running for a cause. Many of our volunteers will be there to participate and we look forward to seeing you there. For those who cannot participate and would like to be a part of it here is an opportunity. This event gives us the opportunity to re-energize our fund raising effort towards our "Medicines for terminally ill patients at Karunashraya" project and we invite all our volunteers, supporters, well wishers, donors and friends to reach out to your friends, family, acquaintances who would like to become part of this event and donate for this cause.

Please help us reach out to more patients who we can serve at Karunashraya; Thanks again for being a part of this initiative and we look forward to your continued support.
