Dear supporters, this has been a year full of difficult times and unexpected lack of results. Since 2024 our resources have  diminished and positioned us to decide on drastically reducing our operations to settle down and be prepared for better times.

Our supporters are not responding, our programs still wait for funds to be accomplished, education materials have been used to cover pending classes and opportunities seem to be distant at these times. However, we work on keeping our spirits high as well as our attitude still positive. We have gone through difficult times in the past years facing government regulations that havebeen created to push NGO's to close, while acted to lower our action to benefit our youngsters.

The new law sanctioned in November 2024 to control the NGO's from receiving funds has blamed organizations for being a channel to money laundering, it has placed us in a legal limbo, though we have accomplished and met all requirements established by it. While this occurs, our donors are requesting to have Asssembly Acts approved, and these, which have correctly been submitted on time, have consistently been retained since presented for two years in a row, without any justifiable reason, impeding our organization to count on resources as these are a condition for receiving funds.

So please accept our apologies, we cannot work or advance without money, it is needed to produce our education materials, for our operation and to pay our staff . These contents are delivered at schools everytime we implement our classes.

Times are hard, and although we are now struggling for JA Venezuela to survive difficulties will be overcome to surely allow us to operate in the years to come.
