Dear Donors,
We sincerely thank you for your support toward the Free Dialysis for 500 Kidney Patients in Nigeria project. Your contribution brings hope to patients who depend on regular treatment to stay alive. On April 18, 2026, a kidney patient reached out to us requesting urgent assistance for dialysis treatment. This highlights the real and immediate need for support, as many patients are unable to continue care due to cost.
At this stage, we are yet to carry out a physical visit to the hospital for proper verification. This step is necessary to confirm the patient’s condition and ensure that any support provided is used in the right way. Once verification is completed, we will be in a position to proceed with assistance.
We plan to either pay the hospital directly for dialysis sessions or provide support to the patient based on verified needs. This will help ensure transparency and proper use of funds.
This project is designed to support 500 low-income patients with dialysis care, helping them continue treatment and reduce the risk of life-threatening complications.
We remain committed to sharing updates. In our next report, we hope to provide details of the verified case, including the patient’s situation and how funds are applied.
We are grateful for the support already received and remain hopeful that additional contributions will make it possible to expand assistance to more patients in need.
Thank you for your kindness and continued support.
Sincerely,
Joy Ojochogwu Etubi
