Smile Train China is one of our largest programs. We have performed 216,465 cleft lip and palate surgeries for poor children in China. In addition, we have Smile Train grant programs in 85 different hospitals. This year, we funded the 7th Smile Train Cleft Lip & Palate Symposium that was held in Xiamen on December 1st-4th, 2010. There were 1,500 Smile Train partners from China in attendance.
