Previous reporting on this project mentioned challenge after challenge that has been experienced including halting the construction during pandemic time. Not to mention major typhoons that passed the locality leaving major destruction to what structure was left at the time when the project was stopped. This has led to the revision of its design that could withstand this obstacle.
At present, this project has been back on track since the start of year 2023. Materials and supplies are now available locally which was a hindrance in its continuance years back. Labor were also rehired and given their jobs back. The construction is fast tracked in anticipation for the enrollment surge this academic year.
The decline in enrollment during the past years is finally seeing an increase this year because of the growing intent of the youth who missed out for a couple of years and is now focused on finishing their education.
