Dear donors,
Thanks for trust in our causes.
In 2022 we ended the year with 16 families benefiting in a rural area of Valle del Cauca. The village of "El Chontaduro" is a community made up mainly of families displaced by violence.
Most of its inhabitants live in houses with materials they have found on the streets, or with building materials with their savings. The view is breathtaking, great mountains, banana leaf trees, green fields surround the community.
However, the situation of families is affected by not having access to decent housing, access to drinking water, electricity, gas, sanitation and garbage.
On December 16, we arrived with more than 100 volunteers from the different TECHO headquarters to benefit 10 families with emergency housing.
The goal is clear, to reach 100 families, we continue to rely on teamwork that makes it possible for the will to build a fairer world for all.
We still lack, but we remain firm on the road, with your help we will be doing more because if poverty does not stop, TECHO does not stop.
