Families living across crisis-affected regions, including Türkiye, Syria, Gaza, Yemen, Lebanon, and the Rohingya refugee camps in Bangladesh, face severe difficulties in accessing regular and sufficient food due to displacement, rising costs, and conflict. Through our "Food Support for Families in Crisis Areas" project, YEÇED successfully provided essential food parcels and market cards to help households meet their basic nutritional needs. This dual approach allowed families to secure vital groceries with flexibility, dignity, and respect, effectively easing the immediate daily pressures caused by food insecurity.
By alleviating the urgent burden of finding the next meal, this humanitarian intervention provided crucial short-term stability to vulnerable households. The support allowed families to focus their limited resources on recovery and rebuilding their resilience rather than immediate survival. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our GlobalGiving donors for their vital contributions, which directly sustained family well-being and restored a sense of security to those enduring prolonged hardships.
Thank you for your generous support!
