Our actions to assist victims of the floods in Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) last May continue to be made possible through various sources of donations. These actions have been planned based on needs identified by government agencies, our 18 Parceiros Voluntários sites across Rio Grande do Sul, and community organizations
In addition to the material donations that are part of a specific action, our project remains focused on rebuilding schools and NGOs that were taken over by the floods and had their facilities and activities impacted
Through this project, a hygiene kit was donated to a person in the municipality of Alvorada, served by the Mãos Solidárias project, in which more than 100 families are registered. Alvorada is a Brazilian municipality in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Founded on September 17, 1965, it belongs to the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre.
