Thanks to the generous support of our donors, Good Cause Foundation continues to improve the lives of vulnerable young mothers and their babies in rural Uganda through the provision of essential baby diapers. During our recent distribution exercise, dozens of young mothers received diaper packages that will help them care for their infants with dignity and confidence.
Many young mothers in rural communities face significant challenges in accessing basic childcare supplies due to poverty and limited income opportunities. The high cost of diapers often forces mothers to rely on unsafe alternatives that can expose babies to infections, skin rashes, and discomfort. Through this project, we are helping to address these challenges by ensuring that babies remain clean, healthy, and comfortable.
The distribution event also provided an opportunity for our team to engage mothers on proper infant hygiene, child health, and sanitation practices. Mothers expressed their gratitude and shared how the support would reduce household expenses and allow them to focus on other essential needs such as food and healthcare.
One beneficiary explained that receiving diapers has reduced the stress of constantly searching for alternatives to keep her baby clean. Such testimonies demonstrate the practical impact of donor support on families facing economic hardship.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all our supporters. Your generosity is helping young mothers raise healthier children and build stronger families within their communities
