Dear Teach By Tech supporters,
I hope this email finds you all safe and well! Teach By Tech has seen considerable change this spring. Since the global outbreak of Covid-19, our team has worked swiftly to pivot our programmatic priorities to ensure our staff, our partners, and the refugees and immigrants in our programs are safe. To that end, in May we began to offer our workforce training class as a fully remote class. Though it has been a challenge to make this transition we are so proud of our staff and students who have shown grace and patience as this shift has occurred. The class is going well and we find silver lining in knowing that our students are achieving incredible feats in regards to digital literacy proficiency and 21st century workforce readiness.
In these unprecedented times, we are more committed to our work than ever before to ensure the gains of our programs are not rolled back. We believe that change creates space for growth, imagination, and the renewal of our efforts to empower refugees and immigrants in Colorado. We are grateful everyday for Teach By Tech's community of loyal supporters as Covid-19 challenges our priorities and capabilities, and we will continue to communicate what our team is doing and how you can help.
Thank you again for all your support!
Stay safe,
Linnie Pawlek
