The 1st of December fast approached and our Emergency Beds for those that are Rough Sleeping in Leicestershire are in full use. With 13 people accommodated on the beds already in just 17 days we were able to complete vital work to help them access more stable accommodation.
Although we have not yet hit our target, we have been overwhelmed by the support from the community. We have some cash donations and cheques to add to the total which means we have now reached 75% of our target of £6,000 and we are hopeful we can make the rest of the money in time to keep this going. We are also receiving some great donations from businesses and groups this year including DCI-Artform, Poplar Runnings Club, One Stop, Loughborough Building Society, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Morrisons, PTBomber, Co-op, Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council, Arm Ltd, Rapid Relief Team, Crafty Ladies, Your Future Solutions and Loughborough Dynamo and well as schools, colleges and churches including DeLisle School, Rawlins Academy, Booth Wood Primary School, Loughborough High School, Queniborough School, Lime Tree Nursery, St Wilfrids Church, St Bartholomew's Church, Gospel Hall Trust and many many more!!
Your support makes all the difference. If you can share the campaign and encourage others to support us it would be much appreciated. We hope you have a lovely Christmas and New Year. Thank you.
