In the last quarter (Januar 1 to March 31, 2023), we continue to provide each month 125 individuals with food boxes from our community centers located in Loiza, Maunabo, San Juan and Cabo Rojo. Each individuals also has the opportunity to meet with a mental health care provider to assess needs and work with their individual case manager. In addition, they have access to support groups, yoga classes, music-therapy, and mindfulness sessions.
During march, we opened our 5th community center in the town of Isabela. We will begin to distribute food boxes during the following quarter.
In the ucpoming months, we will continue to provide food boxes and mental health supports to individuals, couples, and families from the Community Centers for all.
