Enhancing nutrition for our homes is one of the keys to ensuring our kids grow up developing in an appropriate manner. Once of the sustainable ways to do this is to plant fruit and vegetable gardens at the sites of our homes.
This teaches the children about accessing fresh, nutritious and healthy food - giving them skills for life.
Most of our homes now have hydroponic gardens on site - a program we aim to expand with your generosity, to ensure our kids' supply of food is self-sufficient and sustainable.
Basic crops such as lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and melons provide our children with a healthy diet.
