With the help of dozens of generous donors, we continue to provide much needed food to the children of Casa Victoria in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
Thanks to your continued support in this project, we have been able to continue helping orphans in Juarez with their basic nutritional needs. We have supplied grocery items to the Children of Casa Victoria, located in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. One of the objectives of Casa Victoria is to better the nutrition of the children, as well as to increase their quality of life. The Mencia Foundation is proud to be a tool in acheiving this objective. Thanks to our latest distribution, this home was able to purchase the following:
150 lbs rice
150 lbs beans
210 lbs sugar
210 lbs oatmeal
40 lts cooking oil
25 lbs seasoning

10 boxes of tomato puree
500 units of pasta
25 packs of feminine towells
Items of personal hygiene, such as: Cream, Talc, tooth paste

Many children in Juarez have been left orphans as a result of the violence in this city. Our foundation has decided to collect funds to provide them with groceries and other basic items, such as beans, tortillas, toiletries, etc. This aid will lower the burden on the volunteers and will help the children focus on school and play. Please take a look at the attached pictures of some of the items we provided for them. Please continue to help us help them. Thanks again for continuing to help in this effort.
