Emergency food assistance is essential, but vulnerable families also need opportunities to rebuild their ability to feed themselves. In Karamoja, climate-related pressures and poor agricultural outcomes have weakened household livelihoods and made recovery more difficult.
Our approach combines immediate assistance with efforts to strengthen household resilience. By supporting food access today while promoting recovery and sustainable livelihoods, we can help families move toward greater independence.
