Hunger can leave lasting consequences for children long after a crisis has passed. In Karamoja, acute malnutrition remains a serious concern. The latest IPC analysis estimates that approximately 122,100 children aged 6–59 months may experience acute malnutrition between March 2026 and February 2027, including 30,600 severe cases.
We want to help vulnerable families access nutritious food and connect children at risk with essential nutrition support.
