Karamoja’s vulnerable families are confronting severe hunger after prolonged drought and crop failure disrupted agricultural production. For households already living in poverty, the loss of crops can quickly lead to depleted food supplies and increased vulnerability.
This project will provide emergency food assistance to families in urgent need while offering nutrition support to children and pregnant mothers. We will also help households adopt climate-smart farming practices that can improve food production and strengthen resilience against future droughts.
