The Family Compass Program has continued throughout the winter and spring months of 2023 relieving, empowering and mobilizing families facing serious health issues and due to the rising cost of living, cannot make ends meet and need to be smoothly integrated in the society again. Emfasis keeps carrying out various initiatives to assist these families and provide them with respectable solutions to their most urgent demands.
More specifically, Emfasis Non-Profit has encountered families that do not have a working member, which are unable to pay their rent, water, or energy bills, and which were anticipated to leave their houses due to a number of debts. Other frequent challenges include children with health issues and families which struggle to cover their basic needs, including food and sanitary products.
For this purpose and through your support and interest, Emfasis proceeded to cover expenses for rent, water, electricity and food. Furthermore, the Family Compass Program aims and has already achieved for some families to:
Facing the fact that the consequences of the energy crisis will worsen in the upcoming months, Emfasis Foundation will continue to aid families in need or in impending homelessness, especially in such precarious conditions. With your support, our dedicated teams of certified volunteers will keep on their efforts to positively impact the quality of life of these families, conducting their mission with the utmost respect and discretion for the vulnerable.
