The Family Compass Program has continued throughout the autumn of 2022 relieving, empowering and mobilizing families facing serious health issues and due to the rising cost of living, cannot make ends meet and need to be smoothly integrated in the society again. Emfasis keeps carrying out various initiatives to assist these families and provide them dignified solutions to their most urgent needs.
In more detail, Emfasis Foundation has come across families that do not have a working member, are not able to pay for their rent, water, electricity and were expected to abandon their homes due to various debts. Children with health issues and families who struggle to provide for their basic needs, including food and sanitary products, are other frequent challenges.
For this purpose and through your support and interest, Emfasis proceeded to cover expenses for rent, water, electricity and food. Furthermore, the Family Compass Program aims and has already achieved for some families to:
Facing the fact that the consequences of the energy crisis will worsen in the upcoming months, especially during winter, Emfasis Foundation will continue to aid families in need or in impending homelessness, especially in such precarious conditions. With your help, our committed teams of certified volunteers will continue to work hard to improve the standard of living for these families, conducting their mission with the utmost respect and discretion for the vulnerable.
