The Family Compass Program has continued throughout the summer of 2022 relieving, empowering and mobilizing families facing serious health issues and due to the rising cost of living, cannot make ends meet and need to be smoothly integrated in the society again. Emfasis continues to implement various activities in order to aid these families and offer them dignified solutions to their most urgent needs.
In more detail, Emfasis Foundation has come across families that do not have a working member, are not able to pay for their rent, water, electricity and were expected to abandon their homes due to various debts. Another common issue is children that face health problems and families that cannot meet basic necessities, especially food and hygiene items.
For this purpose and through your support and interest, Emfasis proceeded to cover expenses for rent, water, electricity and food. Furthermore, the Family Compass Program aims and has already achieved for some families to:
Facing the fact that the consequences of the energy crisis will worsen in the upcoming months, Emfasis Foundation will continue to aid families in need or in impending homelessness, especially in such precarious conditions. With your support, our dedicated teams of certified volunteers will keep on their efforts to positively impact the quality of life of these families, conducting their mission with the utmost respect and discretion for the vulnerable.
