Establish After-School Coding Clubs for 200 Girls

Since the last report, the project has continued to make progress toward implementation, with preparations focused on building the foundation needed to launch the ten after-school coding clubs. Outreach and planning activities have continued around school selection, partnership engagement, and identifying suitable female mentors who can support the girls throughout the program.

Financially, the project has not yet received additional funding, and the full $15,000 project goal remains outstanding. The previous report recorded $0 raised; therefore, no project expenditure has been made and implementation activities requiring direct funding, including the purchase of laptops, projectors, coding equipment, and learning materials, have not yet commenced. The project currently has $15,000 remaining to be raised, and donor support remains the critical priority for moving from preparation to active delivery.

Once funding is secured, resources will be allocated toward equipping ten coding clubs and delivering practical coding and mentorship sessions for more than 200 girls aged 10–14. Early financial support will enable equipment procurement, mentor engagement, and the establishment of club spaces, allowing the project to begin serving beneficiaries as planned.
