For many vulnerable families and workers, Ramadan can be a challenging time. While fasting is a deeply meaningful act of worship, putting a nutritious meal on the table for iftar is not always easy.
Through Hidangan Berkah Ramadan (Ramadan Blessing Meals), BAZNAS shared ready-to-eat meals with people in need across Greater Jakarta and Sumatra. In Ramadan 2026, 55,150 meal packages were distributed to kids, vulnerable family, workers and people in need, helping them enjoy a proper meal when breaking their fast.
The program also reached communities affected by flooding in North Sumatra, West Sumatra, and Aceh, where BAZNAS established community kitchens to help families facing even greater difficulties.
For every recipient, a meal is more than food. It is a reminder that someone cares, especially during a month centered on compassion and sharing.
