Dear Friends,
We have submitted the progress report for your review and support.
This project assists 170 women who have been exploited as bonded laborers in stone quarries, brick kilns, and hollow block units. These women are often forced to work for very low wages because they received money in advance, making it difficult for them to earn enough to support themselves and leading to significant hardship.
To improve their circumstances, we are implementing rehabilitation plans and income-generating activities aimed at helping them achieve better economic conditions. The initiation helps to the rural and tribal women and children in india.
We have organized a series of five-day awareness and brainstorming sessions for these women. The sessions will focus on future courses of action, including discussions on transitioning to alternative occupations. Each program will accommodate 25 women and will take place over three weeks, scheduled on their rest days to encourage participation.
In addition, we will organize rallies, distribute handbills, and exhibit posters addressing relevant issues in 50 villages to engage more women.
Thank you for your guidance and support.
Sincerely,
S. Vanaja
