Edge of Seven's Community Development Program (CDP) provides capacity-building services and volunteer support to infrastructure projects that create more access to education for for girls and women in the developing world. Since 2010, Edge of Seven has directly impacted 435 girls and 795 individuals in rural Nepal through community improvement projects, including the construction of three schools, two community water supplies, and one dormitory for girls seeking a higher education.
In 2013, Edge of Seven will continue it's work through the CDP in communities in Nepal and also tackle new initiatives to help girls and women in rural Tanzania. Projects planned for 2013 include:
