Daily meals continue for 170 Musahar Children

By Yogesh Gupta and Utsuk Upreti | Project Managers

Providing daily meals to 170 musahar children
Providing daily meals to 170 musahar children

To combat malnutrition and promote good health among Musahar children, we’ve extended our collaboration with Shree Pramod Memorial School to provide them nutritious meals every day at the school.

  • Through the extension of our contract with the school, we’ve ensured that Musahar children receive healthy, daily meals directly at the school over a sustained period.
  • Collaboration with local schools has fostered trust and strengthened relationships between the Musahar community and our program.
  • It is ensured the program is culturally appropriate and can be sustained in the long run.
  • Also, the strengthened collaboration with the school has empowered the Musahar community to take ownership of their children’s education and well-being.
  • The recipients of our school meal program has increased from 140 to 170 children which indicates that our program has potential to grow and create a meaningful impact in the community if given enough funding and support.
