By Lawyer Without Borders | Student Divisions
Lawyers Without Border (LWOB)’s model leverages pro bono hours and in-kind support by harnessing financial and volunteer resources to engage all sectors of civil society as well as private profit-driven institutions in a borderless, globally-oriented and collaborative effort.
Investing in our students is an essential means of strengthening pro bono work globally and in the long-term. Currently there are 16 UK Student Divisions, one US Student Division, two new Student Divisions in Australia and one new Student Division in Northern Ireland. We have received further interest from students at universities in the US, the UK, Germany, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Canada and Kenya, many of which are in the process of applying for affiliation.
Please take the time to look through the attached report to see what Lawyers Without Borders and its Student Divisions have been engaged in this past year.
