Dear SOUP Supporter,
The African SOUP’s 2021 Impact Report is now available, and we are thrilled to share our progress with you. In this report, you will read how in 2021, The African SOUP reached almost 2,000 individuals through our education and community development programs as well as our innovative COVID-19 response. We share exciting updates on improvements to The SOUP campus, our students’ and teachers’ remarkable achievements, our work to improve maternal and child health in Nabikabala Village, our continued success in promoting active learning, and much more. These accomplishments are made possible by your generous support year after year. We hope this report provides a touchstone and reinforces the wonderful difference you are making.
We have also been busy this summer setting up our IT lab equipped with computers, high speed internet, and solar panels to provide backup energy. The lab is used by teachers and students and allows them to learn how to use technology safely and effectively. We are very excited about all the future opportunities that better connectivity and application of technology will bring in the future.
With immense gratitude,
The SOUP Team
