orgovska mahala is continually transforming into a model village reflecting Transformational Community Development (TCD). We have two groups of women and one group of children who meet regularly.
The children's group has influenced their parents to change their unhygienic habits. Parents and children wash their hands before and after meals and use soap after using the toilet.
Children are bearers of change in their homes. They joyfully received toothbrushes for their families and brush their teeth regularly. Parents praise their children for maintaining hygiene and tooth health.
Anka is a woman in our TCD group who is bringing change in her village. Every morning, she cleans the streets and outside toilets in her village. She positively influences her neighbors to think differently about hygiene and a cleaner environment. They realize that adults and children will be healthier that way.
