Transformative development is slow but visible in Dorgovska mahala Village. Last month, the children prepared an event for Easter. The parents were delighted to listen to the program prepared by their children in mahala. Women were baking cookies and they all brought juices to share. Villagers understand that unity can accomplish a lot.
Dragomir is part of our committee in mahala. In the past, he was a criminal involved with drugs and conflict with people in mahala. Today he’s a completely different person. Together with women from the Transformational Community Development (TCD) group, he teaches and continues to progress. He talks to others about what he has learned.
Our board in mahala is actively undergoing training. We are expecting great strides in progress.
