Cedar Village’s Hospice Program enriches the lives of patients and ensures the comfort and security of family members through individualized care and a whole person approach. As a result, very strong relationships between patients and caregivers develop over time. Our palliative care services focus on quality of life for terminally ill patients, meeting their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs to ensure the best overall wellbeing of the individual. Services are administered by an interdisciplinary team of professionals providing comfort without aggressive treatment. Cedar Village Hospice provides the highest quality care and case management to those with life-limiting illnesses. Patients, families and caregivers are involved in the decision-making process and participate in their plan of care to relieving suffering and providing the best possible quality of care for patients and their families.
