End Early Child Marriage in rural Uganda

One of the greatest gifts you can give a girl is the freedom to dream without limits. Through your support, girls in rural Uganda are gaining the confidence, knowledge, and opportunities needed to dream bigger than ever before.

During this reporting period, girls participated in leadership and mentorship sessions that encouraged them to explore their potential and set ambitious goals for the future. They learned valuable life skills while building confidence in their abilities.

Many participants shared dreams of becoming doctors, teachers, engineers, business owners, and community leaders. These aspirations reflect a growing belief that education can help them achieve extraordinary things.

Parents and community leaders joined awareness activities focused on child protection and the importance of supporting girls’ educational journeys. Their engagement is helping create environments where girls can pursue their ambitions without fear of early marriage.

Teachers reported improvements in attendance, participation, and overall engagement among girls involved in the project. Schools continue to provide important spaces where students can learn, grow, and thrive.
