We are very proud of our achievements in 2021 with the „En route to life“ project. Thanks to the fundraising campaign launched with the GlobalGiving Accelerator in September, as well as donations from Mexican companies during the year, teh CIMA Foundation was able to transport a total of 806 people in 2022. That is, 403 breast cancer patients and their companions from their locations in the State of Hidalgo, Mexico to the City where they received their cancer treatment.
However, the project does not stop there. We have only completed one year successfully and we need to continue. The need is still there and the challenge goes now to all women diagnosed with breast cancer en 2021. They will have to be transported during 2022 for the same purpose. With your contribution, CIMA Foundation will be able to ensure that these women don’t postpone their appointments and adhere to the treatment agrees by their doctors, which directly affects its success.
