In Fizi Territory, in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, many vulnerable women and girls lack the resources to meet their basic needs. This project aims to increase their economic and social independence through agricultural training, access to seeds and tools, and income-generating activities. By supporting this project, donors directly improve food security, family income, and the dignity of these women and girls
In Fizi Territory, many women and girls live in poverty with limited access to education, training, and resources. They struggle to meet basic needs, improve income, or gain independence, keeping them trapped in a cycle of vulnerability that affects their families and the whole community.
This project empowers women and girls in Fizi by providing agricultural training, seeds, tools, and support for income-generating activities. Mentorship and education help them gain skills, increase income, and achieve independence, improving their lives and strengthening their communities.
In the long term, this project will enable women and girls in Fizi to become self-reliant, improve income and food security, access education and healthcare, and actively contribute to the development and resilience of their community
