Empowering Vulnerable Women and Girls in Fizi

During this reporting period, our organization continued its efforts to support the empowerment of vulnerable women and girls in Fizi. Although no funding has yet been received for this project, we have remained committed to preparing for effective implementation and maintaining strong engagement with the community.

We carried out ongoing identification and follow-up of potential beneficiaries, focusing on vulnerable women and young girls. This process helped us better understand their priority needs, particularly in education, economic empowerment, and protection against gender-based violence.

In addition, we maintained communication with local leaders and community stakeholders to strengthen coordination and ensure readiness for future project activities. These preparatory efforts are essential to building a solid foundation for successful and sustainable implementation once resources become available.

We remain fully committed to the goals of the project, which aim to empower vulnerable women and girls in Fizi. We are hopeful that these preparatory efforts will soon be transformed into concrete actions that bring meaningful change to the lives of the beneficiaries.
