Rural Liberia now faces serious drugs addiction by young girls and youth. Teens as early as 8-14 years follow friends into isolated areas or buildings to take in narcotics substance. These kids, youth and adults hide from government drugs enforcement agents. Young girls pressured by peers leave from homes to live in these hidden drugs centers or Zogos camp. Give them Hope, Inc has for the past three months provided knowledge and skills to rural women and girls to diagnose early signs that a child or girl in the home is getting involved in drugs abuse. We also provide basic training in skills in gardening, raising country chickens, and how to engage youth and girls introduce to drugs.
