A Journey of Resilience, A Call for Hope

A Journey of Resilience, A Call for Hope

Dear Supporters and Friends,

Three years ago, we launched a dream. A dream rooted in the red soil of rural Liberia, a dream to empower women, girls, and children through vocational skills and education. We envisioned a world where a young girl could learn to read and write, where a teenage mother could learn tailoring to support her child, and where hope would bloom in the heart of even the most forgotten village.

We named that dream Give Them Hope, because hope is the seed of change.

Today, we want to speak to you not just with numbers, but with hearts.

Despite all odds, with very limited resources and only $160 raised out of our $17,000 goal, our team has remained unwavering in our commitment. We have walked miles to remote villages, sat under trees to teach, and used scraps and borrowed tools to train young women in basic skills like soap-making and tie-dye.

But truthfully, we need your help more than ever.

Every day, we see women who have never held a pencil, holding onto the belief that their daughters could live a better life. We see girls who dream of going to school but are instead sent to fetch water and firewood. We see potential, so much potential, that could change not just individual lives, but entire communities.

Yet, we are heartbroken to admit that we cannot do this alone.

Your support can turn:

One sewing machine as a livelihood for a single mother.

One schoolbook into the first step toward literacy.

One donation into a message: You are not forgotten.

This project was never just about skills or education; it is about dignity, equality, and giving rural women and girls a voice. And that voice is getting stronger, but it still needs your help to rise.

If you’ve supported us already, from the depths of our hearts, thank you. You are part of our story, and we are endlessly grateful.

If you are just learning about us, we ask you to walk this journey with us. Be the reason a girl in rural Liberia finally goes to school. Be the reason a woman can feed her children with pride and self-earned income. Be the reason hope becomes reality.

We still believe. And with you, we will rise.

With gratitude and hope,
The Team at Give Them Hope, Inc.,  Rural Liberia
