Becoming a team is a process, with it logical ups and downs, and when facing rough times, which happens inevitably is when the true spirit of the team comes to light.
During a game that took place the past month, and while on the initial talk, each participant was asked to share their expectations for the game, many said they wanted to win, but Camilla was hesitant to share her thoughts, when she finally did, she said, I want to win, but not at any cost, I am not willing to “step on their heads” we must win but playing fair and doing what we’ve learnt so far. Demonstrating a clear understanding of everything we’ve been working on. The final result was a defeat, one goal down, still everyone left with their head up, knowing they gave their best.
Also we just had our VI edition of the Happy Cities Festival, a platform to talk and think about the cities we live in and how they boost our development- take a look at our Instagram to learn more about it.
As it looks like we are leaving the pandemic behind, there are many lessons that this tough times have taught us, the future is not set, it is up to us to create an exciting one that is worth living. Thanks for your continuous support that allows us to create a better future for all.
