We hope you and your loved ones are healthy and safe during these uncertain times.
Schools in Perú are still closed. It has been more than 500 days now.
Since our last report, we have launched our “Dream. Act. Plan.” Project. We are currently working with six night schools and around 300 students. For the first time and given the challenging circumstances, we are working virtually. This has not been and obstacle for us to try to motivate and inspire these amazing young adults.
We have also continued with our vocational orientation and life skills workshops with young domestic workers who have started or want to start their technical or university studies. Each workshop is full of energy and lots of shared experiences.
Last but not least, at the beginning of the month we had our Fifth Vocational Guidance Fair, this time held online. We invited more than 350 students and had 4 universities and institutes showcase their educational proposals to our students. They also offered them discounts for their tuition though a Collaboration Agreement we have signed.
As always, thank you for your interest, company and support.
With gratitude,
Moraima
