At Free To Shine, we are committed to continuously improving our programs to better serve the girls and families in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Currently, our community training project is undergoing a thorough evaluation and restructuring process. Our team has carefully reflected on the project’s efficiency and effectiveness, utilizing a comprehensive SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. We are actively gathering valuable input and suggestions from our team members and stakeholders to guide this restructuring. Our primary goals are to enhance the project’s impact and sustainability, align our efforts more closely with our mission, and ensure our outcomes effectively address the evolving challenges faced by the communities we serve. We sincerely thank you for your ongoing support and partnership. We look forward to sharing updates on our progress as we work diligently to empower girls and families in Siem Reap.
