Foundation University have both academic and non-academic expectations from the athlete scholars that it maintains since these students represent the institution in both performance and character.
Academically, they should maintain a set Grade Point Average, attends class regularly despite training schedules and maintains a good academic standing with no failing grades. In turn, athletes are required full participation in training sessions, friendly games, team meetings and official competitions. They should also stay fit adhering to their coaches' instructions.
The athletic scholars should learn to uphold sportsmanship and discipline on and off field. They should be able to avoid misconduct and violence. They also serve as university ambassadors and become role models among younger students in the university and around the community they are in while adhering to the university's code of conduct.
Foundation University Athletic Scholars are more than just athletes. They are students committed to academic excellence, discipline and leadership. This approach ensures that the scholars grow both in the field and in the classrrom. The goal is to give them the quality education that they aspire for and deserve.
