Teams from Foundation Preparatory Academy earned the top ranks at the recently concluded Palarong Panlungsod for the Dumaguete City Division held last month.
A total of 9 golds, 9 silvers and 7 bronze medals were garnered by the FPA Teams qualified for the Central Visayas Regional Athletic Association (CVIRAA) games.
Foundation University aims not only to excel in sports competitions but the events are also geared towards developing athletes and students to be disciplined and passionate about the promotion of sports in the community.
Trained under the Institute of Youth Sports for Peace – the sports development arm of the University, carries on with the mandate to promote sports development to the community. It is aimed at developing the children and youth, through sports, from the grassroots level.
