This report outlines our current status, challenges, and ongoing commitment to achieving our objectives.
Current Status
Achievement Highlights
- Successfully identified 5,000 eligible students across Niger State
- Established contacts with local schools
- Developed comprehensive selection criteria and verification processes
- Created detailed documentation of required academic supplies and associated costs
Resource Requirements

1. School Uniforms (2 sets per student)
2. Textbooks (Core subjects)
3. Exercise books (12 per student)
4. Writing materials
5. Pens
6. Pencils

Funding Challenges
Current Situation
Our project is experiencing significant funding shortfalls that have impacted our ability to provide complete academic supply packages to all identified beneficiaries. Specifically:
- Current funding covers approximately 35% of the required academic supplies
- Limited ability to provide complete uniform sets to all students
- Delayed distribution of textbooks and learning materials
- Reduced capacity to support transportation allowances
Impact of Funding Shortfall
1. Partial distribution of academic supplies
2. Prioritization of most critical items over complete packages
3. Phased implementation rather than simultaneous support to all beneficiaries
4. Delayed implementation of supplementary support services
Conclusion
While funding challenges have impacted our ability to fully implement all planned support measures, our commitment to the project's success remains unwavering. We continue to work diligently toward our goals, adapting our approach as needed while maintaining focus on our core mission of providing educational access to 30,000 deserving children in Niger State.
We believe that with continued effort and support, we will overcome current challenges and achieve our objectives, creating lasting positive impact in the lives of these children and their communities.
