In many parts of Pakistan, cultural norms restrict girls from participating in outdoor sports and without safe indoor facilities available, countless girls are left with no option but to stay away from sports altogether. This gap in infrastructure doesn't just limit physical activity, it denies girls the chance to build confidence, develop skills, and pursue their athletic potential. By creating secure indoor spaces, we can ensure that cultural restrictions don't become barriers to participation
In Pakistan, female students from remote areas face serious barriers to education and sports due to poverty, natural disasters, and the long-term impact of the war on terror. Many families cannot afford university fees, training, or equipment. Cultural restrictions and lack of safe sports facilities further limit girls' participation, forcing talented female athletes to abandon both education and sports.
This project will provide 100 sports scholarships to underprivileged female university students from remote areas, covering university fees, coaching, sports equipment, nutrition, and competition costs. By reducing financial and cultural barriers, it enables girls to continue education, develop athletic skills, gain confidence, and pursue leadership opportunities through sports.
Supporting 100 female athletes from remote, low-income areas will empower them through education and sports, build confidence, leadership, and life skills, and inspire other girls to pursue education and athletics. The project will foster gender equality, improve health and well-being, and create a sustainable community of skilled, educated, and confident young women across Pakistan.
